Custom Items & Decals: All custom items and vinyl decals are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Devine Crafted Errors: If we make a mistake on your order, we'll fix it and resend it at no additional charge. Please email a photo and explanation to devinecrafteditems@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Other Returns: All other return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis (not guaranteed). Requests must be submitted via email to devinecrafteditems@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
